WHAT IS YOUR PRICING?
Plans start from as low as S$50, which is the basic Kickstarter plan. For optimum experience, we recommend our Business Plan at S$80 and is billed monthly.

IS THERE A MINIMUM CONTRACT PERIOD?
Yes and No. We do not tie you down with contracts, so you may terminate the service any time you want with advance notice.
Alternatively, our team can draft a contract for you if you want. It shall be a special arrangement with its own special benefits :D
IS TRAINING PROVIDED?
Yes absolutely! Training is provided and an account manager will be assigned to assist you anytime.

CAN I CANCEL THE BUSINESSÂ PLAN?
We are sorry to see you go.
Yes, you may cancel anytime. Do note that once your account is terminated, any unused subscription days will be voided and no refunds will be given.

CAN I CANCEL THE BASIC KICKSTART PLAN?
Oops.. Basic Kickstart plan is non refundable because it is credit-based.
Meaning, once your credits are topped up for $50, you may choose to use it or not use it. Credits purchased cannot be refunded and cancelling this plan will only void your available credit.
